Idan Co offers support for all current products, via email.

Maintenance Subscription

If you are an existing customer, or are in the process of purchasing licenses for Idan Co products, then you should seriously consider purchasing the maintenance subscription along with your product license. Available during or after time of purchase, our outstanding maintenance programs give you tremendous value with the support and upgrade benefits you need throughout the year.
With the program you get:

  • Premium email support throughout the year (12-month period).
  • Product updates throughout the year (12-month period).

To access premium support, you can either use the Customer Support form or send your request directly by mail using support@idanco.com. Make sure to put the same company name used for the maintenance subscription in the body of the request, to ensure our expedited processing provided for our premium level support customers.

Based on your contract, a Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be provided.

Maintenance subscription also entitles you, in some cases, access to beta products.
